I was looking for a pair of blue threaders, and these filled the bill quite nicely. I would have liked the stone to be a little larger, but I knew they were going to be dainty when I bought them, so I wasn't disappointed. Because they dangle so long below the ear, they can be seen through my hair despite their small size. And, dainty is sometimes better. I think these well made threaders would go with jeans or date night dresses. Personally, I wear more sedate and conventional earrings to the office and something more glamorous for formal occasions. But these certainly have their place. The blue stone is a lovely color, and the sterling silver causes no irritation of the ears at all. The earrings are lightweight and easy to put in and take out. Overall, I feel I'll get a lot of wear out of these threaders, and I really like them a lot. A great value for the money.
