The watch was even better than I expected. I've been a scuba diver for over 30 years and have had numerous dive watches. Many just aren't suitable for day to day wear. This watch looks great and as all the features that make for a great dive watch.

This is my first Stuhrling watch. Well built, average design, with low lume, but interesting color and soft rubber (non-smelly) band. I was attracted to the dial color - the picture fairly well corresponds with the actual look. Good quality average watch with the dial color that matters (to me...). OK watch.

I wanted to replace an old Fossil watch that wasn't running right despite a recent battery change. It was "diver's watch" style--had a movable bevel outside the dial that allows one to keep track of how many minutes have passed since you set it. Great for divers, I guess, but I use it on walks and hikes or just to easily keep track of time elapsed. I used to use a Haverhill electronic, digital watch, but they got too complicated, and I kept forgetting how to set them.It wasn't easy to find a replacement. Struck out completely at a shopping mall. Went on line, couldn't find anything like it on Fossil. But this one popped up, a little more expensive than I wanted ($140), but I was tired of looking and clicked. It arrived, is easy to use, just what the picture showed on line. Now if it lasts ten years more, I'll be satisfied~

I am hoping to return this item, due to the crystal fogging over. The watch looks great and performed great. But for a watch that is rated for diving, it certainly shouldn't have water under the crystal. I am hoping to find out where to return it since it is past the Amazon return date. Less than 2 months. WHAT I DIDN'T KNOW IS THAT THERE IS A VERY LIMITED AMOUNT OF TIME THAT THIS ITEM CAN BE RETURNED THROUGH AMAZON. If you have to return to the mfr, you have to pay freight both ways. This watch malfunctioned in less than 2 months. I certainly wouldn't recommend anyone spend this kind of money for it.
