Stuhrling has made some subtle upgrades and changes to their watches. I purchased one about 3 years ago and wore it almost every day and never changed the battery. However, the threading in the crown broke while adjusting it. It was a very thin pin. So, now the review portion...Here is the best upgrade: the crown is larger and the pin diameter into the watch is thicker so super happy to see that it was a known issue. Let's talk appearance and wearability. Watch has a nice case and crystal. It is not thin but also not too bulky it gets in the way. The crystal holds up well and stays clear. I have gotten mine wet many many times and never had an issue. However, I suggest not wearing for swimming, diving, or full submerged for too long. The face and bezel are classic with a nice mix of everyday and formal enough to wear dressed up. It is easy to ready with no glare. One other neat feature is the dials illuminate in the dark and has a neat glow. When you purchase it new, it will not be able to be seen. Once you wear it outdoors for a couple days it will naturally charge the glow. The strap\bracelet is a good quality feature. One thing I am still debating is if they made the bracelet cheaper than the old model. It is still nice, but feels a little more lightweight when I hold my old one and new one in my hands.Overall, nice watch for the money and it will be one you can enjoy wearing for some time.

It would be difficult to find this much watch at this price point. Beautiful dial, nice bezel, love the case back. Automatic movement keeps it ticking while you wear it.

So, I decided to give this watch a try. I thought that the dial color scheme was really nice so I ordered one. On arrival it took about 15 minutes for me to decide to return it. Fit and finish just was not there on the piece I received, sharp edges, wobbly screw down crown, ect. Also, while the dial looked nice the lume just was not there. I returned mine rapidly.

This is an everyday sturdy watch which makes its impact on the wrist .Is builder robustly and has a great eye appeal .Is very accurate and well finished .I think for $ 230 you cannot get better than this Stuhrling .

A picture does not do this watch justice. Stührling is truly outdoing themselves with this watch. It looks fantastic on. My wife prefers my Stührlings to any of my deluxe, high end watches. You won't regret the investment. My bet is that you will probably buy more than one. I do own quite a few watches valued from $20-$10K, and by far, Stührling stands out above them all for the best combination of quality and price point. Bought it in Nov 23 and wear it a good deal in rotation with my other watches. I love the look and it looks amazing on a titanium mesh band. But what has recently happened in the crown no longer adjust the date. I have to pull the crown all the way out to change the time and cycle through each date change. You can feel it click when adjusting the date, but it never changes. Very disappointing. I’ll have to look into the warranty, I guess.
