Add said they would fit a Pandora bracelet but no way could I get them on. The other two charms I got were very nice & fit perfectly, but unfortunately, I had to return these…too bad because they were very nice - very pretty.

First, you should know I buy on Amazon ALL THE TIME. I rarely am disappointed and rarely rate below five stars. Having said that, however, this experience was an unfortunate exception to that fact.I ordered two purple butterfly spacers for my friend's bracelet. I was surprised when I received them; each charm’s back half was faded (no purple enamel). The side that did have enamel on it wasn't rich looking like in the photo. This was clearly a quality control issue.So, I explained what was wrong with them and asked for them to be replaced.I will say the turn-around time was lightning quick. I got the replacement set the following day. But that is where my positive feedback ends.The second pair had the same problem. The side that had enamel on it was a richer purple color than the first set, but the other side of each charm was faded (no purple enamel).Going after work to a UPS location to make a return is a pain. Going twice pushes the limits of my patience!If Parmuz can’t check their inventory before they ship it out --- PARTICULARLY WHEN THE CUSTOMER ALREADY SENT THEM BACK ONCE FOR BEING DEFECTIVE --- then they don’t deserve my money or recommendation.
