Very nice earrings at this price point. The purple leverbacks were large enough for adult ears (a problem I've noticed recently with other brands). I will likely buy another pair in garnet.

I was so excited to receive these earrings. They arrived on time as promised. When I put them on, one of the lever backs does not close properly. The closure does not snap in place. The wire is slightly off and hangs off center in the back. This may not be a big deal to some people, but it is to me. The stones are beautiful, and the gold tone is lovely. However, knowing what I do now, I would not have ordered them. I am very disappointed that one of the leverbacks does not function as it should.UPDATE: When Gem Star discovered that one of the lever backs on my ruby earrings did not function properly, they contacted me and stated that I was going to receive a complete refund for my order. I had neither asked for a refund nor asked for a replacement pair. Gem Star took the initiative to refund me, and, to me, that is top notch company service!! In turn, I ordered ordered another pair of earrings from this company - a pair of ruby studs. The studs arrived yesterday, and they are beautiful. The ruby stone is gorgeous, and the gold is a lovely color. In my opinion, you cannot go wrong doing business with Gem Star USA. I could not have asked for better customer service. Therefore, I am changing from 3 star rating to 5 stars. Thank you, Gem Star USA!!
