Through the years our company has been able to witness firsthand the production process of fine gold and sterling silver jewelry since we have manufacturers who create sterling silver chain from smelting to final polishing and packaging. We also have ones who start from mixing alloys.
We watched as the sterling silver gets poured into a casting machine, solidified, then formed into a rod. We observed as the sterling silver rod is turned into a coil then into a wire, which is then distributed to different types of machines that will create the silver chain we need. We were also given the opportunity to have a hands-on experience of soldering the clasps on the silver chain.

I bought this chain necklace to use with a pendant I have, but it is pretty enough to wear by itself or along with a shorter chain and pendant. It is sterling, and the style of chain links are more intricate, which gives it a nice sparkle. Everything was packaged nicely in a satin ribbon-tied, silk bag and boxed ready to wrap. The shipping was fast and on time and I wouldn't mind having this same design in a 30 inch as well.

Looks like cheap costume jewelry. The latch was jammed with some white compound and the links appear to be a white material with only small amounts of shiny coating. Washing didn't help.

Good quality for the price - not as dainty as a similar necklace I had but that one kept breaking. Ordered this one as a replacement - love the way the light catches the different angles. Have gotten many compliments. Seems sturdy enough - have kept it on since purchasing and it has held up through sleeping, showering, etc. Will purchase another one if need be but so far this one is great - much cheaper than purchasing at a department store like my other one.
