Yes, you get what you pay for. This necklace is not tiffanies - nor is it priced that way. However, ALL of my necklaces catch my hair at the nape of the next except this one. I purchased it to replace one that tugged my hair and with this one, my hair never gets caught. It looks very nice, it is of a great quality. it is super light - initially I was worried that it was too flimsy, however, it has held up very nicely so far and Ive had some fairly heavy pendants on it.

This chain was thinner than I expected but I know nothing of chain sizes. Although this chain is thin it is very strong and durable. It holds my pendants just fine.

I bought this chain after breaking a chain I wear daily (turtlenecks have been the killer of many of my necklaces). Anyway, this came and I was happy to discover that it was actually prettier than the chain I had been wearing. I wear this and never take it off. It has held up beautifully and the clasp does not get caught in my hair. Also, this was the best price I could find for a chain of this nature. I could not be happier!

Chain is weak and very tight to the neck. I have other chains in the same size but do not fight as tight. I will not recommend this product to anyone.
