I got this ring to go along with a pair of pearl drop earrings that I have and I'm so glad that I did. This ring is unique. I wasn't sure if I was going to like it because it isn't really my style. I thought my daughter would also like wearing it as well. I can tell you that I won't be sharing with my daughter. The ring looks so much better in person. It's really pretty. It doesn't look cheap. It's a well made ring at an affordable price. I love the design and craftmanship. I'm very happy with it and would totally recommend it!

From the picture, I wasn't quite expecting the setting to be so square. It's not bad, but I'm not personally in love with the square look. The pearl is real and though it's a button shape it can kind of fool you into thinking it's a nearly round pearl not like some button pearls I've seen where they are very flattened or almost completely flat on one side. The pearl was sized correctly at right around 9mm. It's a beautiful white color but I'm not sure it's what I would call AAA grade. That's usually referring to the Gemological Institute of America's (GIA) grading scale which goes from A-AAA. If this is graded using the GIA scale I'm not sure it's correct. If it's AAA it's just barely passing as AAA or more likely it's at the higher end of the AA range. The luster on it is nice, but not what I would expect to see from a AAA freshwater pearl. You won't get high metallic mirror-like luster on them like you would a saltwater pearl, but the luster you get on this pearl is more diffused and blurry than I would expect in a AAA freshwater pearl. For the price, I think it's still a reasonable amount to pay for the pearl and ring that you get though, and it does still look very pretty.

Beautiful pearl ring, and interesting design. It fits well, and looks beautiful with my other pearl jewelry! What a unique piece. I will wear it often, as it is very stylish and versatile.
