The chain was broken mid-way through. Could only notice it after removing the necklace from the packaging. You get what you pay for, I guess. At least I can use the pendant on something else.

This is a cute simple little dog necklace. It’s not super high quality but for the price it’s sufficient. The chain itself is very thin, cheap and short. I know it’s listed as 18” but it was a choker when I put it on. (I’m 4’11” 180 lbs). Ordered two for myself and for my daughter, fits her great and she was very happy with them both.

The gift was beautiful. But I paid Amazon to gift wrap and add a birthday greeting on 2 gifts. They mixed up the cards and the birthday people got the wrong gifts,so embarrassing. I think Amazon should refund me for the gift wrapping.
