Product delivered x2 6/17/16. Wore product to a primary Dr's visit and returned home looked down and noticed one of the pearls were missing. Cheap product. Don't waste your money!

I purchased 2 of these at the same time. Within a week of constant wear on a necklace, one lost its pearl. I was able to find it and super glued it to the stem. There have been no other problem. The other has stayed intact for many more wearings. I like this item well enough that I am currently considering buying more.
