Reordered same chain, for my customer", few times and gave up trying. Every time it arrived badly tangled and with tough tarnish spots all over.On chain such as "wheat", untangling without damaging is not possible.Removing tarnish from the depth of the chain is not possible without needing to completely refinish and rhodium plating the chain. Seller has very poor "quality control".I have 43 years of experience as an expert jeweler.
