I purchased this for my fiancé whome is an air force veteran for her charm bracelet. I had never purchased from this company before but thought I would give them a shot. The charm arrived in an envelope, in side of the envelope there was something wrapped in a protective wrap and taped closed. I had to use a little caution to get it out of the protective wrapping. I originally thought it would be a little bit larger than it was however it doesn't look to out of place with the other charms. Overall it's a nice charm, not quite as detailed as some of them but then it wasn't as expensive either.
