I have PTSD and need a 1/4 of my anxiety pill sometimes, and found that if I carry the bottle around then people tend to steal them from it, as the medication desired by some. So with my discreet little turtle ring when a panic attack sets in I have my medication immediately available. (just have to remember to remove the ring before Iw ash my hands). I have had other 'poison rings' before but the clasp was either obvious or the clasp was weak. This design is perfect. The compartment is small, but that is part of the discretion.
