I was disappointed with the 16" chain. My 16 yr old grandson is wearing St Joseph medal for support & guidance. Adam is scheduled for surgery November 18th, 2021. The medal is worn as a choker due to the inappropriate length of the 16" chain.Ordering a chain $22.50 (with tax) from Italy will help the length be comfortable. I'm surprised the seller didn't understand the necessity. This medal is a masculine choice & needed a longer chain.Due to my inconvenience, I am requesting a credit of $44.00 for two chains. I ordered two medals with short 16" inappropriate chains. Now I need a FREE RETURN LABEL for two short chains.THE MEDALS SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN SOLD WITH 16" CHAINS. Respectfully, Lois Magee
