I own a lot of 925 sterling. Have been wearing nothing but silver for 40 years. The stamped bail may be silver but the crucifix is either not silver at all or very little actual silver. Started to darken almost immediately. Dip nor polishing cloth would not remove the tarnish. Not rhodium fade its just discoloration. It is also a VERY thin piece. I was okay with dealing with that thickness but not the discoloration. Disappointed.
