It's supposed to be sterling silver, but was not hardly shiny at all, wouldn't recommend.The appearance doesn't look like sterling silver.Does not have the nice shiny appearance of real sterling silver.

It is small and doesn’t have a chain. The one I purchased on another site had a chain, was a little bigger, and much brighter Sterling silver for a tiny bit more ( approximately $3.00 more). It is nice, but not the best for the buck if you ask me.

Very small, and it does not have the back part of the St. Benedict medal on the back of the cross. That’s disappointing, because it is incomplete.
