Use it in shower, no tarnish or discoloration at all.First, I got a size that was big for my finger and returned and got the correct size. The turtle is small but I can't be happier.

real SILVER, very adorable turtle, comfortable, and an actual size 12, and all I spent was $10.60!!!!!!! I LOVE both the ring and the seller! im a longtime Grateful Dead fan, and am always on the lookout for "Dead-ish" style silver jewelry, and my favorite Dead album is Terrapin Station, so I wanted a turtle ring. WHO KNEW id find a beautiful, well made turtle ring for ten dollars that got here very quickly!!! This is a great little ring, especially for a turtle lover! Not hefty, yet well made and sturdy. It's also very comfortable - no picks or pokes from the feet, tail, or head. I do, however, question the sizing... My normal ring size is 7-1/4 , and not liking any tightness, I ordered an 8. Fits to perfection! Which has me suspecting that sizing runs a tad on the small side.
