The stone on the necklace is pretty, but the chain was in horrible knots. After sitting for a half hour trying to untangle it, I noticed it was not only tangled, but broken. I tried putting the charm on another chain, but it didn't lay flat and immediately flipped upside down. Bummed. It's going back.
