I will be honest that I bought this on a whim, looking for something to wear in the place of my Star of David, which hasn’t felt as safe lately. I’d forgotten about it until it arrived and, my goodness. It’s BEAUTIFUL. A lovely weight. Well crafted. I had to check how much I paid for it! Easily, I’ve seen lesser pieces cost twice as much. The backside is a smooth silver that, should you feel the desire, you can put the Shema against your heart and still have a lovely piece. This is one of those (kind of rare) jewelry winners from Amazon!

I love my Shema pendant BUT received a 22" sterling silver chain. What I ordered was a 24" chain. I would have gladly given the item 5 stars, but took off one star for a chain being short by 2".

I just teceived the necklace today. I had previously had an inexpensive one that was very nearly the same design but made of Rodium which lost its color over about 6 months or so. I found this one which stated it was sterling 925 Silver at a great price and I desired this design in a material that would last. I must say I was concerned that it might not be true 925 Silver as I had read it is often plated and sold as authentic. Happily I can report there is a 925 stamp on the back! It is lovely. Appears very well made. I did replace the chain as box chains are not my favorite, although it also looks very pretty. I received my order in a timely manner and the packaging was intact. I have received emails from this seller asking about my experience so that future experiences could possibly be made even better. Few sellers have extended this level of concern for my contentment. VERY VERY pleased, and definitely recommend.
