Such a unique St. Michael necklace! I have quite a few. What makes this stand out is that this is a dual pendant. St Michael in front and the colorful abalone-shell background is a completely separate pendant. I like it! The dual pendants do weigh more but it doesn't wear heavily. What makes this St. Michael image different too is that he's holding a balance. As if weighing good versus evil. It's quite meaningful. Interestingly, the chain wasn't strongly magnetic like I expected, thinking it's made of stainless steel. My strong neodymium magnet was only weakly magnetic to the chain, which easily falls off with just a bit of shaking. The chain's lobster clasp, on the other hand, is strongly magnetic and keeps its hold when shaken lightly. The pendant didn't react to the magnet at all so seems to be sterling silver. Wondering if the chain may also be sterling silver. Wished the chain was longer but I like it's thickness & cable style.SO recommended.

The pendant is really beautiful, well made and super detailed. However chain is not made of silver but it's not mentioned in any parts of the description, product information or picture. And it's a bad thing to not inform people with skin allergies and diseases. I warned you about this part but other than that pendant is really beautiful and big in size, has a nice weight too.

I have a friend who is a wonderful artist and loves mushrooms. What a perfect, and slightly goofy, gift to send for her upcoming birthday. The necklace is reminiscent of an eclipse with two circles, partially overlapping - the silver mushroom piece over a circular abalone shell piece. I found this as unique and off kilter as my dear friend! I love the cat option of this necklace, and it made more sense, but it was not available.

I love everything about this necklace. It's really beautiful. I think the chain I received with my necklace is slightly different from the pictures but I actually like it better.
