I have a second piercing in my ear where I like to keep a solitaire stone all the time. One of the best things my ex-husband knew how to do for me was select jewelry. He gave me a pair of screw-back diamond earrings during our marriage which I passed along to our daughter at our divorce. The screw-back feature is wonderful because I don't have to worry about them falling out of my ear in the shower or swimming or anytime. I am sensitive to cheap metals but silver works for me. I did some measurements and the cheap pair I already had (not screw-back/traditional post) was smaller than this 4mm I bought. These look fabulous and for only $12! As for sturdiness, I am not sure yet but can't imagine what might happen. They seem great. I went ahead and gave them five stars. I am happy with this purchase. I would have liked diamonds but didn't feel comfortable ordering over Amazon. These have a spectacular brilliance to them so I don't mind they are cz. Great value, beautiful item, screw-backs are the only way to go.

I ordered 6 different pairs of CZ 6mm earrings ranging from $12 to $299. These were my favorite. They have a good quality look to them and the stones look nearly the same as the $299 swarovski earrings. The stones were a little loose. After looking at them under a magnifying glass I noticed that one of the prongs wasn't pushed in against the stone. I took the edge of my tweezers and gave it a firm push being careful not to bust the post and now the stone doesn't move! Overall great purchase!

The media could not be loaded.  The CZ diamond is very clear and without any haze. It has excellent sparkle, meaning the cut is pretty decent. The setting is on the thinner side but sufficient. The post is not that strong which is one of the cons I see. But in its defense I haven't come across a sturdy screwback post yet. My wife loves these but I have seen a swarovski CZ diamond earring with a deeper color and shine  14karat Gold & Sterling Silver 3 Prong Martini Style Swarovski Pure Brilliance Stud Earrings . But these are still great earrings, and one of the best with a screwback post. The post is a bit longer than I prefer, but my wife has not complained yet so I guess it doesn't matter (story of my life). Anyway, these are a good buy in my opinion and worth a try.

I got these for my 2 yr old and i love them. The post is just the right size and the fact that you can choose how tight you want them screwed is even better than having a small section of the post where the back will screw on. He somehow manages to always get his earring backs unscrewed with every pair i have gotten them unfortunately. These actually lasted in his ears a lot longer than other ones that i have bought for him. He did manage to get one of the backs unscrewed and lost the back, but still had the earring. I reached out to the seller just for another back but the'yre sending a whole new pair as a replacement! definitely going to purchase more sets for just incase! I got the 5mm and they are just the right size for his ears, not too big and not too small. I like for them to be a little showy on him lol .

They are pretty but the main reason why I purchased screw back earrings was to keep them on my daughters ears. The 1st time she wore them, she woke up and was missing one. Then I wore them for a few weeks. One of the earrings would unscrew and the other would screw so tight it squished my ear. I would return them but it's not worth the hassle

The posts have NOT irritated my ears since I put them in the day I got them. I had to repunch my holes with a sterilized needle and I dipped the earring posts into Triple Antibiotic Ointment before inserting them; for that caution I have been rewarded with No pain or redness or swelling. Quite unusual for my lobes-they almost always complain.The earrings have been mistaken for diamonds twice in a week-what a huge compliment to the setting, the brightness and incredible sparkle of the 6 mm stones. I may get another pair in a different size and I will recommend them to any and all who say anything about them.Thank you for a great pair of glitter-ears--just in time for the Winter Holiday Extravaganza.

The earrings look really nice from the front. I bought them for every day use in my second set of earring holes. They’re easier to screw in and out than the rounded ball that my other pair have, which is what I was looking for. My only issue is that the post is pretty long, and because it doesn’t have the rounded ball on the back, it does kind of poke you behind your ear.
