Just arrived today, but the chain broke as I was putting it on for the first time. I was about to close the clasp and it just snapped, and the pearl went flying. The pearl also has noticeable imperfections on it. I wanted to contact the seller directly and ask if maybe I can get a replacement or something? For $20 a piece, I'd hope they can fix the issue and make the chain a little stronger :( it was so cute too, I've been waiting for this to come
