Usually I don't purchase jewelry online, especially ruby because 9 out of 10 times the stones will be more pink than red, or the item doesn't fit properly, well not in this case. The ruby stones are truly red, even more so than in the picture & the opals are a beautiful accent. Ruby is my birthstone, so I am very particular about the color. The sizing is very accurate as well. This seller even offers sizes in between whole & half for hard to fit fingers which is a plus. Everyone that has seen the ring remarks how stunning & beautiful it is. I am very pleased w/my purchase and I am glad I took a chance with this ring. Though I was not expecting to sign for delivery, the ring arrived a day early and I was able to sign and leave for FedEx.The ring is lovely and was a gift for my mother's birthday. It is indeed fabulous! As was customer service. We received the ring quickly just in time for Christmas. My girl and I both loved it. However, it was a little large and the center stone had a small scratch in it. No problem! I contacted customer service via email and they got right back to me. We received the new and improved ring a few days ago and couldn't be happier. The ring is beautiful and the customer service was wonderful. I wish all businesses were like this. Thanks again!

It seems I posted my review too soon. Without really putting it on. I just kept looking at it from all angles and it does look like the picture. However, there are a few prongs that feel sharp and I am not sure if the prongs will hold over time. I would hate to lose a stone. I do not wear it and am considering returning it.
