I had to order 3 sets of these earrings to get a pair that wasn't faulty in some way! The stones were mostly nice, although one set I ordered had stones with marks. It is definitely a light medium color--less intense than shown online. Some of them had wonky off center dangling points. And a few had gaps between the silver border and the stone. I didn't trust that those stones wouldn't loosen or someday fall out. The weight is pretty nice and the look is good, overall. I did keep one pair as a gift to someone, so I sure hope they hold up over time. I don't believe the part that goes through your ear is sterling silver--it looks like a different metal than the part that is going around the stone. This should be specified in the details.

These earrings are very light weight and easy to put on and off. The only disappointment was that they did not match the earrings displayed. The earrings displayed were a dark purple Amethyst, which is why I ordered them, since amethyst is my birthstone. The earrings I received were more of a lavender color or light purple. You can see through them.I kept them because they were nice enough & they were sterling silver. However, if I had known they would turn out to be light purple, I would not have ordered them.They are pretty, but you make your own mind and to what is important to you.
