Received the ring and it was exactly what we ordered. Personalization was perfect, size was perfect, stones and silver quality up to par. Pretty ring. Engraving is very faint. Mounting of stones (the prongs) are rough. Catches on material. Tried to wear it but just not happy.I am updating this review from 2 star to 4.5. The company reached out to me regarding my initial review and made this product right. They were quick to reach out and prompt in finding a solution to have their customer satisfied. In the world we live in today, this is rare and I for one am very thankful for this. The new product is beautiful and I love it. Would not hesitate to order from them again.
