The chain isn’t the chain you see in the pictures. It’s a tiny cheap chain. The black chain in my pic is the size it’s supposed to come with. Also it look as though it was just thrown in the box, and the chain had knots. It’s the second on I’ve ordered, and the cheaper one that came was from another company, more durable and also a lot more professional. This company seems to be more careless or in a rush for more money, with false advertisement!!

I was skeptical as the price was very reasonable and it was a gift for my niece who has an unusual name. I am very happy with this necklace, arrived quickly, her name looked great, and she loves it.

I was very excited to order this necklace because I wanted to give it to my niece for her birthday. I received it today and honestly, I’m a bit disappointed. The lettering on the charm is very small. The chain seems very delicate (dare I say, flimsy?) and is pretty dull looking. I ordered the gold, and it’s a very dull gold that looks like jewelry that has been sitting around getting tarnished. What I received doesn’t really look like the pictures. In the pictures, the name charm looks bigger. I knew there had to be a catch that this was priced so cheap. When I was a teenager, we used to get really high-quality name necklaces at the mall that cost a lot more. My bad for thinking this could match that type of quality. You get what you pay for.
