See photo for how my necklace arrived. Apparently if the necklace doesn't fit in the box they just put it on top of the box, rather than get a proper sized box. No bubble wrap or anything. Ugh. Here's hoping it didn't get any unseen damage to the links or prongs or anything else during shipment.That being said, this is a very nice necklace. The CZs are very sparkly. The necklace is marked on the clasp 925 for sterling silver and the rhodium plating is well done. It is also marked CN GM on the clasp, which I took to be a maker's mark or maybe the country of origin? The box clasp closes tightly and the fold over safety link makes it extra secure. This is a lovely necklace that would make a wonderful gift. Though you would probably want to get a nicer box for presentation. Maybe the seller will see these reviews and get proper boxes for such expensive pieces of jewelry. Even if they aren't gold and diamonds they should be in a decent box.

This faux diamond chain looks GREAT! The stone settings are well done, hold tightly and look nice. It is so sparkly! This necklace is absolutely beautiful and show stopping. I feel like a rockstar with this thing on. Oh if only it were diamonds inlaid in it....! If you're looking for something to add to a special outfit for a special occasion, this is it.

I am going on a European cruise and do not want to bring my expensive jewelry with me. This was not cheap but not expensive. I wish the listing told you what metal was used under the rhodium plating. This 18” cubic zirconia necklace really shines and looks beautiful. It has a bright white luster and the sparkle looks high end. I wear a thumb print 18” chain and they look nice together. The nickel free rhodium plating is hypoallergenic, more scratch resistant and less prone to tarnishing. It also won’t turn your neck green. It is best to not wear this in the shower or swimming as chlorine can damage the plating. The only drawback I read about rhodium plating in general was sometimes the rhodium plating will need to be redone in 18 months. If that is true I will be upset because the necklace was prices at $104. The finish should last longer than 18 months. I will update my review. Clean only with mild detergent and water. Do not use a brush. The clasp is secure and has an extra safety catch. The only negative was the package presentation. The necklace wasn’t inside the box and the "Made In China" tag made it look overpriced. The 4mm is a great size and looks like real diamonds. 4.5 stars is a better rating.
