This is a genuine sterling silver pendant and chain. I tested it in several areas with silver acid and a rare earth magnet. All appear to be solid (not plated) sterling except for the clasp which is not sterling as it's highly magnetic. The Moonstone reacts to my thermal diamond pen very faintly, so I'm not 100% certain it's genuine but it certainly looks like it. The stone is about 0.75 carets and the pendant and chain weigh about 3 grams. The chain is very thin and dainty. As you can see the pendant is slightly smaller than an American Quarter. Comes with a black velvet bag and pink gift box.

I wanted to put the charm on a longer chain, but the hoop connector was too tiny and I couldn't get it off the original chain. I can't wear such a small chain.

II love the way this looks! It isnt bulky, or gaudy at all. The detail is beautiful! My 10 year old daughters favorite stone is the moon stone, and she is in love with this! The chain is delicate, yet sturdy. You can easily see the quality and care that went in to making this necklace. There has been no signs of color wear down. No brassy stains left behind. 10/10!!

The charm is absolutely beautiful. The necklace broke when I took it off after my 1st time wearing it. The loop on the charm is so small that I cannot get the end of another chain through it. I'm going to have to take it to a jeweler to replace the chain.

I like the pendant to this. I love moon items, and the moonstone with it gives it a nice addition. It is rather small, but light shines off the moonstone fairly strongly and makes it stand out. The other crystals are hard to see they are so small. The chain is short and thin, so I may at least extend it or switch it as it feels kind of flimsy. Other than that, it makes for a nice necklace and would make a decent gift for someone who likes moon and crystal jewelry. It does come with a black velvet bag inside a gift box.
