My significant other had purchased another piece by Dryad Design, so we knew the quality workmanship ahead of time. This piece lives up to the quality and beauty we expect from this company. The moonstone at the center is luminous. I did have some concerns about the way the stone protruded, and potential for harm or discomfort. I've been wearing this 24/7 for more than 2 weeks now, and no harm nor discomfort has appeared. I'd highly recommend this item.
