Update 08/29/2019 Somewhat disappointed in this purchase now, I'm not even 100% sure this is real silver. This pendant oxidizes and loses all of its shine so quickly it's ridiculous, pretty much as soon as it comes in contact a human body. I have a lot of different silver jewelry and this is the only one that degrades so much so quickly until you have to buff it out. If this is actually silver I have no idea what they mixed it with to make it so much worse than every other silver I've ever come in contact with. Very disappointing considering how much i originally liked this pendant.Really good craftsmanship, unfortunately I'm a perfectionist and the original one that I received head couple of imperfections. Most people wouldn't even have noticed them, but I did, their customer service was great and I received the replacement within a relatively short amount of time. Overall I would definitely shop with them again.
