I just received my order from DSS that I placed only two days ago. I eagerly opened the boxes, and viewed my new treasures. Last week a chain broke with a pendant that I have worn nearly daily since I got it 5 years ago in Hawaii. I couldn't stand the thought of not wearing it again, and so began my hunt for a new chain. I could have bought cheaper, but the reviews for DSS were so amazing and consistent. I decided that it was worth it to go with them. But, not only did I buy a chain for Hawaiian pendant, I also bought chains for 4 more pendants. I'm glad I did. I now have chains for a pendant that was my mother, a gemstone of mine that I haven't worn in years, and two gemstones a friend made for me. I'm already planning to wear what.All five chains were brilliant silver. And for the width and length, each felt very sturdy and exceedingly well made. Each pendant looks fantastic on the chain. And as others have said, each came packages individually in a box with cleaning instructions anti-tarnish spots, and a mini-cleaning kit. Since I ordered 5 at once, they didn't have give me 5 mini-kits, but they did anyways.If you need a chain for a special pendant, or a gift or just to wear as is, shop no further Designer Sterling Silver. You will not be disappointed.

Thank you so much! I love my chain. I only ordered on line because we just got a more strict stay at home order in Chicago. So even though I knew this would be a difficult fit I went on line. I needed a very thin end piece to make it through a tiny bail that my jeweler accidentally made too small. I looked on line at feedback and there was an answer to one client saying that the smallest chain ends were 1mm with a link right to it. I clicked it and a beautiful box chain popped up. It said it would take like ten days to be delivered but it came in TWO days. I was able to wear it to my Mom's as I was taking her Thanksgiving dinner to her. The chain is holding my new memorial piece from my fathers jewelry collection. It's a beautiful rhodium plated (for shine) real Sterling silver chain. I love it!

I bought this box chain for my sister to wear with a pendant. She has had a stroke and can’t open the clasp on any of her chains. I decided on the box chain because it is a sturdy chain which can be slipped over her head avoiding the need to open the clasp. The 24” length turned out to be a perfect length allowing her to slip the necklace on and off. She is very happy with her new chain. Not only is the box style strong, it is also beautiful with the rhodium plating which makes it look like white gold. No muss no fuss! Problem solved! Also, the 1mm is the perfect size to insure that the presentation is feminine looking while placing emphasis on her pendant and not on an ostentatious chain. Thank you to the vendor for a happy ending. We highly recommend this chain.

It’s very small it’s supposed to be 22 inches and it’s like a choker on me I have a 22 inch Singapore sterling silver and there is no way this is 22 inch
