I love opals and this is a very pretty necklace. I bought it with the intent and expectation of putting the pendant on a different chain so I’m completely happy. The chain that it comes with is incredibly delicate and looks very fragile, I think it would be easy to break.

This necklace was bought for our 12 yr. old granddaughter and she loves it. For the quality, it’s a good price. I recommend this for a pre-tern or teen. However, as an adult, I wouldn’t wear it as it lacks the luster of an authentic opal, of course. However, for our purpose, it works well.
