I have 2 issues with this bracelet. 1) someone had to pick & pack this (there is not a barcode on the box) and IF the stone was loose in the bag, they obviously didn’t care. 2) if the stone fell out during shipping then this is very poor quality. Either way it was immediately noticeable when I opened it. Either way, I am returning and will not buy from them again.
