I have indicated more than once I want a refund on my product purchased and on each account they have tried to convince me to accept a replacement- I am not interested in receiving another inferior item. The item I received from them became tarnished after just one day of being worn; to be exact I wore it to dinner.. I wore the chain and I was not In contact with any chemicals furthermore if the item was pure real sterling silver then the chain would not have been tarnished at all.
