Ordered this charm for my niece for Christmas, after multiple delay notification, it finally arrived 2 weeks after Christmas. Not only was it delivered late, it arrived tarnished. I can’t give this tarnished charm to her as a present now. I would have given no stars if it allowed me to. Very disappointed.
