The media could not be loaded. I haven’t been able to bring myself to open the urn that my furbaby came back home to me in. So I unfortunately don’t have the experience of how easy or not it is to fill. I really appreciate that they include a little funnel and spatula to help with the transfer process. The cleaning cloth is another nice touch. The necklace itself is a little short for my preference, but the actual pendant is stunning. It’s higher quality than I expected, the silver really compliments the stone. I love that it will be easier to keep part of him with me. Even if I don’t find the heart to separate his ashes, I may put a tuft of his hair in it instead. But we will see when it’s not so raw. My advice, if you’re on the fence, get it.
