The necklace is very small and the cross is bigger than the picture makes it look. I like it though. I wanted the necklace small and this is perfect. The cross is a bit too big for the necklace meaning it looks like it needs to be on a bigger chain but thats a a matter of opinion. The claps is very small and not that easy to open being so small. With that said the reasons I really like it is because it is a nice shinny yellow color like it's solid gold. It looks really good on me. The cross is thick. I have had this now almost 6 months. When I first got it I said to myself if it last a couple of weeks it will be amazing. I have worn it every single day 24 hours a day. In the shower and sleeping and never took it off. It is still just as shiny and pretty as the day I got it! I am so pleased with the purchase. This is a very pretty and delicate-looking necklace. Simple and classic. When I pulled it out of the box I was a little doubtful because I don't typically like thin link chains like this one has, but once I got it on I loved it. I received last night, and like it so much I have it on today, in fact.I also plan to gift a few to the special women in my life.Worth noting is that the chain lengths noted in the description are not for the "necklace" that goes round your neck, but also include the dangling cross. So, for example, when the bottom of the cross hits your decolletage about where an 18" chain is, the "necklace" part is actually up around your neck at about 16". If the cross is dangling to 20", the necklace is adjusted for 18". This isn't a drawback, but it is worth pointing out since it's not clear in the product description.Highly recommend!

The necklace is very pretty but I purchased this necklace because I read reviews stating it was good quality and did not tarnish. Mine started tarnishing very quickly.
