I bought these after an old set of hoops I had (from Claire’s or something, several years old) tarnished beyond repair. I have a bad habit of forgetting to take out my earrings before swimming, so I didn’t want to spend money on an expensive pair. I ended up loving these hoops the moment I put them in! They were the perfect size and good weight. They’re definitely a little heavier than I expected, but I honestly prefer that to a lightweight pair that will just fall off without any warning. These are very secure and I never felt like they were going to fall out or pinch the backs of me ears if they shifted.I wore them all summer (even tubing a few times) and never had any issues with them tarnishing.I ended up losing these earrings at the end of the year, but I am definitely going to buy a new pair!!
