This necklace arrived in a satin bag, within this bag was a ribbon decorated box which contained the necklace secured in such a way as the chain could not tangle. A lot of care was given to the presentation of this necklace. It makes for heighten anticipation. The white topaz stone was very nicely cut and polished and sparkled The necklace appears to be well made. The heart is small but has a presence. This was the first time that I purchased a product from this vendor and would do so again. I am very pleased.

This is a pretty necklace that you can't go wrong with. The open stone design is attractive. The main stone is fairly good sized. Don't have to strain your eyes to see it. The little clear crystal adds a little extra appeal. The price is sweet. It has a lifetime warranty. It comes in a ring box that's inside another box with a bow on it that's inside a matching color velvet bag. Nice enough to give as gift just the way it comes. Need I say more? Would absolutely recommend this to anyone wanting a pretty heart necklace. I exchanged the chain with the silver italian snake chain, which I bought from amazon, and it looks great!!

This genuine garnet pendant is worth every dollar! It arrived at my girlfriend's workplace and was a smash hit with everyone she worked with and even everyone on facebook. It is a brilliant deep red that I love and is quite lovely. If you are looking for a great deal (70% off the list price when I bought it) that has a lot of bang for your buck this is it. Now on the things that could have been slightly better... The chain that came with it is a little short but I think that comes down to personal preference. Great buy and would buy it again if I had the need.

This item is pretty and a good value except that the clasp mechanism is so tiny that it is very difficult to put on and take off, even if someone is doing it for you. Both the hook and eye are so tiny, it is like threading a needle to get them together. Unless you have someone to do it for you, you will be very frustrated. I would not buy it again for that reason. LOVED this necklace. The quality of the gem and chain were a lot better than I expected. Bought it in May 2014 and the gem just fell out. I had to replace the chain in October 2015, but that was my own fault. Aside from a wrist watch, this was really the only piece of jewelry I would wear and I wore it all the time. From the time I got it I took it off no more than 10 times and did not baby it all. It held up really well and I got tons of compliments.

It is quite small but right size for the person I am buying it for. I worried about the tiny clasp so I paid $10 to a local Jewelry doctor shop to replace with a magnetic clasp.

Both of the other commenters so far are misinformed. This is NOT a "genuine garnet." This is a simulated garnet, which means colored glass or crystal. The deep red color, while appealing, is not that of a garnet. They are typically a lighter, orange color.That being said, this is still a great necklace. My girlfriend wears it almost every day and gets lots of compliments.

Bought 3 of this item. One each for my wife and 2 daughters for Valentines day. They loved it! The size is perfect! Not too big and not so small that you cant tell what it is without getting up close. Stone is very slightly more pink than pictured but still very nice! Also came packaged very nicely in a drawstring bag. I didn't even have to gift wrap them! Truly a great deal!!!
