It did arrive promptly and safely, and it was undamaged, it also makes for a good piece, but it's not the size of the gem that somewhat disappointed me, but the length of the chain. I am unaware of any options for a longer chain, but I wish that it wasn't so short, as I intended to give this to my niece for her 30th birthday as a present and thought the ruby was a nice touch.
