Since I cannot wear regular pierced earrings, I've started wearing cartilage earrings, both on the side and on the top of my ear. These cuffs are pretty tight when worn on the side. Thankfully, the back side bar of it is very fine and dainty, allowing you to easily loosen or tighten it. With it being a small length from front to back, it just barely fits for me, even with being able to open and close it. I took a picture of it compared to another cuff earring that I have gotten that is a pretty standard size for most of them that I have; you can see how much smaller it is. That being said, they are super lightweight, and don't hurt one bit. After getting one in the right spot, I really really like them! It feels like I don't have anything on my ear at all, and with the stones, it looks very nice - nice enough to wear at work.
