I ordered this necklace just for the pendant to put on a nice chain I already had. Pendant was much smaller than I expected, the Tanzanite was not the brilliant blue it should have been and I felt the chain was very cheap. Returned item.

I am so disappointed with this necklace. I bought it to replace the pendant one of my dogs ate because I still had a matching earring and ring set. This stone is nearly colorless, just barely a blue tint to it. I have attached a picture showing it with my pretty darn light colored Tanzanite ring. I guess you get what you pay for, because I know I will never wear it. It's not even close enough to pass as a part of a Tanzanite set. The chain and setting are nice at least. One star for that.

The chain is very thin and broke after a short time. As with so many items online the color shown is much clearer and closer to tanzanite than what I received. It’s very faint periwinkle and cloudy. I wouldn’t order again.
