I was really disappointed in the ring. It does not look like the picture. The gem is much darker than the picture, purplish, and completely opaque (no light gets through so no sparkle). The silver is bumpy and irregular as though it's been hammered into shape. I would return it except I am in Canada and the shipping and customs cost more than the ring. I tried to upload a picture of the ring I got but keep getting file upload errors.

This line is super cute. I bought rings in my family's birthstone and layered them. They are adjustable and I've washed my hands with them and the silver seems to be good quality as I have not had any problem with discoloration. I would recommend.
