The media could not be loaded. This ring is so great!! My Husband bought it for me to help with some anxiety. Now, I wear it every day. The little bee moves around the ring, feeling as if it's floating. I turn it three times counter clockwise to symbolize slowing down. By three, I take a deep breathe and repeat, "Peace.
