We got the ring for my birthday and anniversary gift. When I received it ,the end Emerald was missing. I had to contact the company and they did replace the ring. That was in Dec. 2013 and now 4 months later (April of 2014) the center Pearl came out. So I now own a useless ring. I would say their mountings are not very good to let loose of stones like that.
