The sterling silver birthstone cross is much more beautiful than my photo was able to capture. Trust the picture on Amazon, it is really beautiful. The pendant hangs on a chain that is nearly 20 inches using the extender. Many of my family members were born in July so I chose the ruby and it looks great with the rose gold flower detail that wraps around the cross. Item is not like description described it. Item is very small and for the price I thought I’ll be getting a decent size and quality chain but unfortunately it feels and looks like I just got it out of a gumball machine. I was looking forward to this delivery but was totally let down, on top of the item arriving a week later then it was supposed too.

This is a lovely dainty necklace. We received it in Amethyst and it is lovely. the stone is small. I did not find any flaws in the chain, o-rings, clasp or pendant. I am quite excited about this little cross. If this is something you are looking for, I highly recommend it. I gave it to my teen daughter and it will look so pretty on her. It's not too small but it is not big or super flashy for her.
