This was sent in just a bag and small box. It was knotted in 2 places. I couldn't get one out at all so have to return it. It is thinner then expected or measured and I had issues with the clasp. Not a good buy. Do not recommend not well made or shipped.

So hard to tell by pictures when you order online, I thought this chain would be a bit bigger and stronger. This is a beautiful chain with a simple clasp but much too dainty, delicate and fragile for me. It arrived in a small box that when I opened the chain itself was in a little plastic bag, all knotted up. It took awhile with a pin on the counter to get the knots out, a prediction of issues to come? I tried it on and it is gorgeous just the right length for me, loved it for that minute. This was just the first try on and when I went to take it off the little ring the clasp hooks in broke.So frustrating this was to replace a necklace that broke, will add this to the batch. Beautiful but useless.
