It is bad enough losing a Loved One, to have to suffer the shock of having a product like this malfunction, break and be useless, with your Loved One trapped inside! Zero quality control with this Company, don't risk it. Stopper/Clasp would not screw all the way into the vessel after transferring ashes and seized up in the vessel. Could not unscrew Stopper/Clasp to retrieve ashes. And the ring portion of the Stopper/Clasp broke off while trying to remove Stopper/Clasp! Loved-One trapped inside and a unusable keepsake in my hand! This was intended as a keepsake for my Mother, and she is crushed. (FYI ~ I purchased another keepsake from another Company on Amazon and no issues with filling that one!)
