This pendant is shaped as displayed and appears as displayed. It is larger than I envisioned, not nearly as delicate as I thought it appeared. I was also disappointed in the appearance of the stones. They were not as black as I would have liked. They were not gray as some people have described but just low enough quality that it made me feel a little bit uncomfortable and disappointed to be giving it as a Christmas gift.
