Very small. The ruby looks great. The back side is not solid but has a little solid framework. It would be so much better if this was sterlinged or chromed in. It's thick and narrow so it is a little difficult to keep it facing forward. As I said, the back is not presentable so be prepared to fiddle with it while wearing. The chain is sturdy.The presentation box is very, very nice. The top is spongy which gives it an elegant feel.

I would first like to say for anyone who is looking at this necklace believe me it’s not as big as it looks in the picture. The necklace is a great size and looks wonderful being worn. I would take a picture of it but I’ve already given it for a gift And my sister absolutely loves it. It is not breaking her neck or turning her neck green so far it’s holding up very well.
